in distributed systems; formalisation of management domains in distributed
systems; the representation of policies as system objects. Active working
member of IST/21/1/1 working group on ISO Security Standards.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE & CONSULTANCY ASSIGNMENTS
His previous experience has been as a systems consultant on large commercial
systems, including acting as computer controls and security adviser at
Esso Europe Inc, and as consultant to one of the London Clearing Banks,
